1. Domestic shipments (Colombia)

1.1 Coverage
We ship nationwide with coverage throughout the country.

1.2 Shipping cost

• Standard shipping: $15,500 COP.
• Intermediate cities or routes with difficult access: $20,000 COP.
• Pasto metropolitan area (N) and surroundings (if applicable): minimum $7,000 COP.
  
  

1.3 Cash on delivery shipments
An advisor will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to:

• Confirm the order.
• Please report the shipping cost according to the destination city.
  
  

If the order exceeds $249,900 COP, shipping will be free.
If shipping has already been paid for and then free shipping applies, AtaliaLu will refund up to $15,500 COP within the next 5 business days.

1.4 Shipping exceptions
If the destination requires a special route:

• The customer will be informed via WhatsApp or email.
• The additional cost will be indicated before shipment.

2. International Shipping

2.1 Availability
International shipments initially have coverage in the United States and Ecuador.

2.2 International shipping cost
The value depends on:

• Weight.
• Dimensions.
• Country of destination.
• Insured value of the package.

The value shown at checkout is an estimate and may vary.

2.3 Special conditions.

• All international purchases must be made in US dollars (USD).
  
  
• Shipments may take longer due to review, customs, and preparation processes.
  
  
• If any news arises, AtaliaLu will contact the client by email or WhatsApp.
  
  

2.4 Purchases from abroad paid in COP
If the purchase is made from another country but paid for in Colombian pesos, shipping can only be done within Colombia.

2.5 International Taxes
Taxes, duties, and customs charges are NOT included and must be paid by the buyer.

3. Delivery times

3.1 Enlistment
The preparation, review, packing and shipping time is 1 to 2 business days.

3.2 National deliveries

• Major cities: 1 to 3 business days.
  
  
• Remote areas: 4 to 5 business days.
  Times may increase during high-volume seasons.
  
  

3.3 International Deliveries
They depend on the country and customs processes, so they may take longer.

3.4 Shipment tracking
The customer will receive:

• Purchase confirmation email or message.
• Tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
  
  

Carriers used: Coordinadora, Interrapidísimo or Servientrega.

3.5 Important observation
AtaliaLu is not responsible for carrier delays, but will assist the customer in managing the case.

4. Shipping prices

• Standard national shipping: $15,500 COP.
• Special routes: $20,000 COP.
• Pasto metropolitan area (N): $7,000 COP.
• International shipping: variable in USD depending on destination, weight and insurance.
  
  

5. Payment methods

For the time being and for your security, we accept:

• Cash on delivery only in the city of Pasto (N)-Colombia.

6. Returns and exchanges

6.1 Verification upon receiving the product
The client should check:

• Sealed
• Garment condition
• Absence of alterations
  
  

Any new developments must be reported within the first 5 business days to the official email or WhatsApp.

6.2 Returns:

• If the order had free shipping, $15,500 COP will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
• Refunds are processed within a maximum of 15 business days from the request.
• The refund will be issued via the same payment method used.
• The customer must bear the return shipping costs.
  
  

6.3 Changes:

Changes will only be made for:

• Size
• factory defect
• Quality failure
• Seller's error
• warranty

6.4 Process

• Apply within the first 5 calendar days.
• After approval, the customer has 15 days to send the garment.
• Only one exchange per purchase is allowed.
• The customer assumes the shipping costs to AtaliaLu.
• AtaliaLu will only cover the return shipping costs if the exchange is due to a fault in the garment or an error in the order.

6.4 To make the change you must take into account:

• The garment must be unused, unaltered, and with tags.
• The exchange is made once the garment has been received and within a maximum of 30 calendar days.
• AtaliaLu is not responsible for unauthorized shipments or shipments made by third parties.
  
  

7. Garment Guarantee

7.1 Coverage
The garments have a 30 calendar day guarantee for:

• Sewing damage.
• Manufacturing imperfections.
• Defects in supplies.
  
  

7.2 When it does not apply
The warranty does NOT apply because,

• Customer mistreatment of the garment.
• Incorrect washing.
• Use of bleach or strong products.
• To fold an embroidery incorrectly and distort it.
• Having used a dryer when instructed not to.
• Stains from use.
• Breakages due to normal wear and tear.
• “It didn’t fit me right” → that ’s not a defect , it doesn’t apply as a warranty

7.3 Process

• Contact via email or WhatsApp.
• Product analysis within 10 business days.
• If it cannot be repaired: replacement with a new garment or delivery of a voucher for the value paid (validity: 3 months).
  
  

8. Use of the website

By making a purchase at AtaliaLu you declare that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to carry out commercial transactions.

9. Product availability

All purchases are subject to stock availability.
If the product runs out of stock after purchase, the following will be offered:

• Replacement.
• Bond.
• Full refund.

11. Garment Care

11.1 Premium cotton garments
Hand wash or delicate cycle with cold water, use mild detergent, avoid bleach, dry in the shade, do not tumble dry, iron inside out at low temperature.

11.2 Garments with embroidery
Hand wash in cold water, do not rub the embroidery, dry flat without wringing, iron inside out with a protective cloth, store folded.

11.3 Premium Denim
Wash inside out on a gentle cycle, avoid mixing with light-colored clothes, do not use bleach, air dry, do not tumble dry, iron inside out if necessary.

11.4 Oversized garments
Hand wash, dry flat to retain shape, use thick hangers or fold, light fabric softener allowed.

11.5 General recommendations
Do not use bleach, avoid hot water, do not iron over prints or embroidery, avoid rough surfaces, store in cool, dry places.
